How about guest blogging at Locusmap.eu?
We’re sure most of you understand the value of Locus community of users and subscribers. It has often become a valuable source of ideas or even data that are implemented in Locus app. Guest blogging can be of similar significance. To boil it down, the one main reason why you should partake in guest blogging is: it’s a great opportunity to give back to Locus community by sharing valuable information with others. And as we all know, giving is receiving.
Topics we cover
A lot of people will make assumptions as to what would make a good guest post for our blog. However, we’re quite specific as to what content we’ll publish. Here is a list of topics we cover (the links below go to good example posts):
- Locus tips&tricks and tutorials
- travel tips – places, great biking or hiking trails etc.
- travel blogs – stories from your trips and travels
- geocaching – tips&tricks, stories, interesting caches etc.
- Locus stories – interesting experiences linked or associated with the best outdoor navigation app in the World 😉
If you think you have a great topic that will benefit the Locus audience and it doesn’t fall into one of the above categories, feel free to send it anyway.
We are looking for posts that teach and give value to our readers. We would like to avoid posts on topics that have been covered many times over. We are not looking for rehashed posts from other blogs. Your post should be inspiring.
High formal, grammar and stylistic level should be taken for granted.
We accept English, Czech and German texts only.
How to submit a guest post?
You don’t have to write your guest post in its entirety before you submit it to us. Just start by writing your idea in a few lines and sending it to us at email@example.com. We’ll consider it thoroughly and reply as soon as possible with approval (or possible disapproval). Then you’ll be asked for the whole text and photos/videos etc.
And the reward?
Despite you’ll be certainly fully rewarded by the good feeling for sharing interesting info with Locus community we are considering further benefits starting with 500 LoCoins up to a voucher for Locus Map Pro (applicable since the next Locus version) plus extra 1000 LoCoins.
